Having received the missing *****s to assemble an order of chairs delivered now two of the legs are so uneven I can place my full finger underneath one of the legs and it’s still uneven! I’ve contacted all three people at this company only to be told to contact someone else. The service is extremely poor! All I would like is to use these chairs!!!

Poor service from Calasca. I purchased 6 chairs from them on One Day Only and informed them that not all *****s were received so I can’t assemble the chairs. Pictures of waybills, chairs, legs etc were emailed through twice now and still no response. Can’t use the chairs if I can’t assemble them!

I bought a headboard online and made payment on the 19th of December.They contacted me to say there was no stock any more now I am struggling to get my refund.I have been waiting for weeks now

My order # 000394954 placed on 2 November 2023 consisted of 3 orders 1 x Leroy Merlin and 2 x market place products. the one order from Fine Living was only delivered yesterday, when I placed the order the delivery fee charged was R600.00 (that I Paid), when the order was processed the delivery fee was R275.00. Fine Living aka Calasca state I must get the refund from Leroy Merlin and Leroy Merlin states I must get it from Calasca. I contacted orders@leroymerlin.co.za, refunds@leroymerlin.co.za and contact @leroymerlin.co.za. Nobody is assisting. Calcasca I mailed info@calasca.com, avi@calasca.com and glen@calasca.com - no concrete answers have been received.

I ordered a headboard from this company on the 18th of October. Their website says it takes 5 -7 business days for shipping and delivery. After placing the order I did not hear anything from them. I decided to contact them, asking what was happening with my order since the 7 days for delivery had passed. Then someone contacted me telling me the headboard I ordered was "damaged" they will have to refund me. All along they were keeping quiet, I don't really know what would have happened if I did not contact them. I asked them when I will be getting my refund and was told I will be refunded last Friday. Till date I have not received my money. My colleague is also experiencing the same thing with them. She was told the headboard she purchased was "damaged", she will have to be refunded. They are misleading customers on false adverti*****t, not available in stock. It's a case of pure misrepresentation. Allowing us to buy things they know very well are not available. It's appalling. Calasca through One Deal A Day sold flooring which was advertised and invoiced as 7.5mm and supplied cheaper 5mm floor mats. They have disputed that that this error was made whether intentional or not, stating that the correct product has been supplied. I supplied them with photographic evidence of the issue and they have not replied within the last two weeks and do not supply a phone number.

As a company we bought 4 x vouchers from Hyperli for items supplied by Calasca. I have been trying for over a week now to get feedback regarding our order and delivery. Everytime Nombulelo just tells me that it will be checked and will come back to me, but that never happpens. The Managing Director is aware of all my communications as well, but still nothing happens. Where is the price in your business?

On the 29 November 2019 I bought a motorbike, Christmas present for my little girl from 'Ontheline' seller on Bidorbuy. After i made a payment of R674, i never had an update from the seller about my order. Until i made an enquiry about it, the seller had no idea about my orders status. On the 12 December 2019 i asked for a refund bcos it was clear that my girls present is nowhere. I sent them my banking details several times for a refund and am still waiting. Pls help.
