Having received the missing *****s to assemble an order of chairs delivered now two of the legs are so uneven I can place my full finger underneath one of the legs and it’s still uneven! I’ve contacted all three people at this company only to be told to contact someone else. The service is extremely poor! All I would like is to use these chairs!!!
Hired Kelvin from Platinum Mixologists for an event. A few days before event he messages to ask if I’ll be providing the glasses and ice. His quote and my full payment included glasses and ice. He says he needs more as he miscalculated. I tell him I’ll give him the extra in cash on the day. I’ve paid the full quote/invoice already I confirm all is in order and he says yes. 20 minutes before the event I get a call from someone saying they can’t make it, I’ve been requesting my money back since and nothing. Says I must wait, no service but I must wait for my refund. No drinks for guests on the day of event and he had time to arrange a replacement in order for service to still happen but instead waits 20 minutes before it starts to let me know can’t make it. Now he says I refused someone that could make it halfway through the event. Uhm, that was your job to arrange from START of the event knowing you could not make it three days prior. I’ve had to refund my client yet no refund forthcoming from Platinum Mixologists. Even offered they could split the refund into 2 but no reply.
Poor service from Calasca. I purchased 6 chairs from them on One Day Only and informed them that not all *****s were received so I can’t assemble the chairs. Pictures of waybills, chairs, legs etc were emailed through twice now and still no response. Can’t use the chairs if I can’t assemble them!
Shocking service from Auto and General, no response to my previous review even though promised they are attending to it. Delayed since September waiting, terrible, terrible service! Inexperienced people sent with incorrect tools to view problem so claim denied, no listening or understanding of situation. Tell me how do I have a grout leak when open wall shows concealed pipe leak!?! Shameful Auto and General!
I have been trying since September with Auto and General regarding a concealed pipe leak. According to the contractors I brought onsite it is a pinhole leak coming from the supply pipe in my shower. Auto and General sent two plumbing companies out who did a dye test and said the problem is my shower grouting. Auto and General therefore refused the quote. I sent a dispute and attached reports from two contractors who both found it to be a concealed pipe and after weeks I now get an email saying we’ve tried to contact you but have been unsuccessful and your claim is denied as it’s a grouting problem. The last plumbing company even stated if it’s a pinhole they cannot detect it as they don’t have the equipment. I have even opened up the exterior or my wall in the hopes that Auto and General would send someone to come and see but nothing besides denied. The grouting hairline cracks are above shoulder height but according to the plumbers sent by Auto and General this is the problem!?! What more must I the customer do to prove it’s a concealed pipe leak! It’s disgusting that they send plumbers out who confirm they don’t have the correct equipment to detect the leak and then deny your claim, shame on you Auto and General, shame! I have spent months trying to resolve this and now I head to the ombudsman with my photos and reports.
Poor service at Steers Paarden Eiland today. Ordered cheesy fries and chocolate milkshake. Seating area was a mess, tables hadn’t been cleared after previous customers, crumbs on most tables. Chips were so mushy but raw in centre. Went to complain and person who took my order, Stephanie, said I never ordered crispy chips and if I wanted crispy chips I should’ve ordered crispy chips. Tried to explain chips weren’t even cooked never mind not crispy but she just ignored me and said to speak to the manager. The “chocolate” milkshake left a terrible after taste…come on steers, this is not how I remember your service or food!
I’m still waiting for a reply DSTV…you say you’ve rep**** privately but you certainly haven’t spoken to me. Poor service and things must be really bad if DSTV needs to *****ulently add to a persons account for stuff not approved.
DSTV why do you constantly keep activating Disney on my account? I have asked you to stop MANY, MANY times yet you keep activating it - YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO THIS! How many times must I keep asking you to stop? Does NO not mean NO to you?
DStv has one again loaded additional items onto my account WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. According to the DStv supervisor it’s a glitch in the system! Check your accounts people, how many of you are being charged for items you haven’t requested. DStv this is ***** you are committing.
I called DStv today after I had to have my signal repaired. While reactivating my secondary view the DStv consultant asked if I’d like to hear about new products. I said NO THANK YOU I’m happy with what I have. An hour later I receive a message to say Disney Plus has been activated on my account. This is *******! The guy still laughed and said, “So you don’t want to save money?” I again said NO THANK YOU what I have is fine. Shame on you DStv for allowing this to happen! I then had to call back and then be told’ “Oh but it’s a promotion.” I did not request this! I’d like to hear the recording of this conversation where I said go ahead DStv!
