Very frustrated and disappointed with the service from Lexis Nexis. Very unprofessional and *********** consultants who dont know what they are doing. Management not bothered to resolve any issues. Such a a shame.
I am waiting for budget to resolve a service plan issue for over a week now.I must be calling them daily and they never call me back to resolve or give me an update just FED UP
I bought a headboard online and made payment on the 19th of December.They contacted me to say there was no stock any more now I am struggling to get my refund.I have been waiting for weeks now
I am frustrated with this company i did blood tests and now i cantclaim from medical aid because of codes they used.I have made contact for them to resolve no one responds or sends emails back really frustrating!!!
I am extremely frustrated put in a claim for household contents on the 4th and till today this company has not resolved my claim. They dont even bother to call and update me I am the one who has to keep calling in and they make me hold for long and responsible consultant doesn't call me back. Annoyed
I paid my account however i get calls and emails frm some people harrassing me for payment iv sent pop but still getting these and have not had no response from edgars accounts so annoyed
It has taken DEFY months and months to replace my fridge after their new fridge broke.They arenot taking me serious and this matter has just dragged on for too long. This fridge was bought at Makro Alberton they keep sayng management is deciding bt i dont have a fridge to use
I bought a chest freezer from Makro in December it was broken before 6th month they sent someone to fix a few days later it broke again .We have made efforts to get this issue resolved to no luck.They take their sweet time to resolve and when this fridge broke it cost us money because the meat we had in it went bad and had to be thrown away.This is unacceptable.Very unhappy abt such a service.Got this email on the 5th of august Kindly be advised that we have re-booked your service request of your defective DEFY 195L CHEST FREEZER WHITE, Suppliers promised to revert to you in 2 to 3 working days.But no solution got this one again dly be advised that we have re-booked your service request of your defective DEFY 195L CHEST FREEZER WHITE, Suppliers promised to revert to you in 2 to 3 working days. You can also call them on 0861003339 with ref 1316421 they will further assist. still nothing I need this fridge replaced or a refund urgently
Discovery has been trying to resolve my issue case number 6574039598 from the 31 August and i have not heard any feedback i am really frustarated.I need this resolved
I am unhappy with the way my case is being handled i called in to discuss my maternity benefits and i was told i never activated the pregnancy on their app of which i had done so.I spoke to a consultant on the 18th of June and she did confirm she could see that but till today nothing has been resolved.They keep asking me to send screenshots of the activation i sent it bt they say they cant see activation date i also dont knw how their app works .The person i spoke to was going to talk to IT and see how this was not showing and was going to ask a manager to refund me money owed to my savings as they were not deducting from my maternity benefit.I am frustrated and i need this resolved asp.
