I ordered a headboard from this company on the 18th of October. Their website says it takes 5 -7 business days for shipping and delivery. After placing the order I did not hear anything from them. I decided to contact them, asking what was happening with my order since the 7 days for delivery had passed. Then someone contacted me telling me the headboard I ordered was "damaged" they will have to refund me. All along they were keeping quiet, I don't really know what would have happened if I did not contact them. I asked them when I will be getting my refund and was told I will be refunded last Friday. Till date I have not received my money. My colleague is also experiencing the same thing with them. She was told the headboard she purchased was "damaged", she will have to be refunded. They are misleading customers on false adverti*****t, not available in stock. It's a case of pure misrepresentation. Allowing us to buy things they know very well are not available. It's appalling.
