Had a fridge repaired in October last year at our office. That appliance started giving issues in February. Been trying to get assistance from them since 18th March, but just being ignored
Ugraded Cell C Fibre Contract and did not realise that there was a debit order on new contract, so we were still paying installment onto old (closed) acc and were never informed that Cell C closed that acc. Contacted support on 2 Oct and what should have taken 7-14 working days has now been 30 days + and still nothing done to refund our double payments. Made various calls & emails back and forth and all they have is excuses and takes a week to respond to an email. Even spoke to Team Leader of Support and still no joy!!
This is most probably the worst Internist ever - a Dr that honestly does not care. After spending a week in hospital, doing every heart test possible (and thus exhausting my medical aid in the process) - as he was convinced it was my heart!) - he still could not give me a diagnoses. And it was definately not my heart! Back at work the next day, after 2 days my symptoms were back in full flare, I called him for help. Well here we are 5 days later and he still does not bother to call back?!! Is that honestly a Dr I should look up to? I need to get my problem/health sorted and he dies not care.
My husband just had the worst customer service from Collette at Roman's Pizza Elarduspark. On entering the shop, she was busy at the cash register, he greeted her twice and asked what time they close before she rudely decided to answer him. After arguing with him regarding the time, she extremely rude still in a horrible rude tone took his order. As a paying customer you DO NOT deserve such treatment an Colette surely doesn't deserve that job working with customers in that manner - shame on her! He got the manager's telephone number an will definately take this up with her and head office.
I placed my very first order on line with Clicks on 29th Sept, delivery is advertised as 3-5 working days, still have not received my order and it has been 7 working days (11 days in total). Customers Services only tell me (now called 4 times already) that it will be escalated and prioritized, but nothing happens! No one calls me back, as promised. Worst service ever!!!
We have been waiting since March 2022 for ANY assistance regarding a small hole in our pool - all feedback we get is, I have carried your details over (for when?) but nothing is being done to assist - definately very poor customer service!
I just got THE worst customer service from Obokeng at Plumblink Garsfontein - he is rude and not willing to assist a customer.
I called the Game, Woodlands Boulevard for a price on an item and the gentlemen, said his name was Tshepo in the home ware dept was extremely rude and had no customer service s****s over the telephone. He also just dropped the call without saying good bye - is this the kind s of service a customer would want?! Definately not.
As a company we bought 4 x vouchers from Hyperli for items supplied by Calasca. I have been trying for over a week now to get feedback regarding our order and delivery. Everytime Nombulelo just tells me that it will be checked and will come back to me, but that never happpens. The Managing Director is aware of all my communications as well, but still nothing happens. Where is the price in your business?
