Calasca through One Deal A Day sold flooring which was advertised and invoiced as 7.5mm and supplied cheaper 5mm floor mats. They have disputed that that this error was made whether intentional or not, stating that the correct product has been supplied. I supplied them with photographic evidence of the issue and they have not replied within the last two weeks and do not supply a phone number.

Our microwave was still under warranty and it took 6 months to have the repair completed! However, when the repair was done, the technician damaged the stainless steel on the microwave in two places. As with countless other times, they did not answer there phones (when the technician was still on our property). When I eventually got through and was put on hold, the phone line was disconnected. When I did get to speak to Sharon, she said that I would require a photograph of the damage and that she would get back to me quickly. My husband emailed through the photograph the same afternoon, 21 October 2015. I spite of requesting feedback, we have now been ignored for 6 weeks.
