Excellent service from Callsure
I lost my phone about 2 weeks ago and it is insured with Callsure. From the minute I put in my claim and receiving my phone the callsure team was helpful, professional and assisted me a lot. It took less than 2 weeks for me to put in a claim and receiving a new phone. Nomasonto from callsure was amazing from the minute I called the first time. Seipati T responded to all my emails. I am glad I chose callsure to insure my phone. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been with Callsure for the last 5 years and, every so often I feel as though my patience is being tested. Let me just say, I have not missed a payment since I joined, however, that has not been a deciding factor in the service I get in return. I put a claim in over a month ago and after a week they responded asking for the details of the phone. I only saw the email a few days later when I found it in spam and responded the same day explaining that because the screen is cracked I can't get the IMEI number. 2 weeks pass and I still don't get a response. I complained to the ghosts on the other side who still didn't respond. I eventually find the IMEI number in the sim tray and sent it through. That was 2 weeks ago! There's no contact number or website!?

Lightning speed service.
I had a great experience due to the assistance from Phumzile Shoyisa. She processed my claims with lighting speed and my device was delivered to in the shortest amount of time. she's absolutely the best.

Callsure Literally stealing money
I have been debited by this company for cell insurance on a phone that I have not owned for over 6 years now, no communications or any word from them. Keeping quiet to rob people of their money. I lost about R8000 to this company!

Claim and payout
I made a claim with Callsure insurance on the 23/10/2018 and my payout was approved on 27/11/2018. When I follow up with Thandi and I was that advised the payout available 7 to 14 days.I'm still waiting...
