Calvin Klein Gateway mall terrible service

Terrible service from a high end brand.

I’m just disappointed and personally will not be shopping anything from there again. I wish I could return everything I have from there.

It’s just amazing that on their floor they have T-shirts with make up and foundation all over the neck and when I try to return a tshirt that hasn’t been worn and still with a tag that just on little dirty and they can’t expect the return. What will I do with a T-shirt that won’t fit that was R1200. It will stay there until my daughter can fit in it. Yooh even Woolies and other high end shops wouldn’t do this nonsense.
