Don't spoil your holiday

<p><br />Unfortunately there is no option of a minus 10 on the star rating above. My experience with this company was that they are a bunch of totally unprofessional agents. My initial booking was a double booking so I was sent to Ramsgate Palms with no formal booking documents and had to negotiate with a security guard about which unit was actually available and was sent to such a dirty and low class unit that I refused to stay there. Vincent the agent did not even came back to me help me with another unit. Please if I can advice anybody, don't spoil your holiday STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR AGENTS!!!!!!! <br />Elsa - booking done through LekkeSlaap.</p>
