Rental company
There was a tenant living there for a year the contract state tenant needs to be out if not renewed end November There is currently already a new tenant in the apartment yet this agency has had every excuse under the sun for not wanting to pay back the deposit despite the fact that nothing is damaged or broken Notice was given but they only have excuses Be very carefull when using this agency

Refusing to pay my rental deposit
I was a tenant under under Alison Davies,and I gave her a vacating of the property notice on the 25th of July 2025 and moved out on the 30th of August 2025. I was a very loyal tenant who put a deposit and was paying rent timeously. I have numerously reached out to agent Alison Davies regarding the refund of my deposit which she hasn't paid to date. She ignores my messages and emails until I told her I will be reporting her to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority,she only responded once and went owl again. I did lodge a legal complaints against her and her associate Beverly Smith. I have requested the statement of the interests my deposit accumulated and she still gave me nothing but want to charge me with things I found damaged and are in the entry checklist. Please good people stay away from Camalb Real Estate, they are so unprofessional and ****s 😡😡😡😡

Based on my Google Review and their response, it is clear that this company prefers to deflect and discredit rather than address concerns directly. I want to clarify that my concerns are not based on hearsay, but on facts and documented evidence available to all owners. Financial Records: The issue is not about whether payments were "approved," but that invoices and payments do not reconcile clearly when presented to owners. Transparency requires records that are both accurate and easy to understand for all members of the Body Corporate. Voting Procedure: My understanding, based on relevant legislation and legal advice, is that quorum was met and the vote to remove the Managing Agent was passed in line with legal requirements. The communication that followed contradicted this. Their own acknowledgment of “difficulties in calculating votes” is deeply concerning, as this is a fundamental responsibility of any Managing Agent. Influence of Others: My concerns are based on my direct experience as an owner and supported by evidence. Suggesting that they come from “vested interests” is inappropriate and dismissive. Owners are entitled to raise concerns independently, without having their motives questioned. Until there is demonstrable transparency in financial reporting and consistent application of governance procedures, my concerns remain unresolved.

Unfair treatment
Dealing with this Company is very disappointing, the treatment of Owners within their Complexes is unacceptable. Highly disappointed and this experience is making my living and expenses really stressful.

Camalb Property sharing personal information without consent.
Camalb Property shares personal information which is in violation of the Popi act, with any person. Let me begin. 7 Days ago I gave notice that once my lease expires at the end of July 2024, I will no longer be renting the property, which they acknowledged. Now I have random people calling me to view the property. I did not give my consent to share my private information. This company has continued to threaten me, to vacate the property if I don't show potential tenants the place. According to Camalb, I have to allow strangers into my house even if it's 8pm. I am a single mother with a young son to protect. The total disregard for safety or another humans rights is non existent within CAMALB Properties. This company is a bully and has no integrity. Be careful when renting from this Rental Agency.
