I was a tenant under under Alison Davies,and I gave her a vacating of the property notice on the 25th of July 2025 and moved out on the 30th of August 2025. I was a very loyal tenant who put a deposit and was paying rent timeously. I have numerously reached out to agent Alison Davies regarding the refund of my deposit which she hasn't paid to date. She ignores my messages and emails until I told her I will be reporting her to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority,she only responded once and went owl again. I did lodge a legal complaints against her and her associate Beverly Smith. I have requested the statement of the interests my deposit accumulated and she still gave me nothing but want to charge me with things I found damaged and are in the entry checklist. Please good people stay away from Camalb Real Estate, they are so unprofessional and ****s π‘π‘π‘π‘
I ordered a tablet on the 12th June 2024 online, received confirmation of my order after I made payment, then, it was silent from snatcher, no update on my order until I made a follow up, I was told that their order takes up to 14 working days to process, I had hope and waited, 14 days passed, no communication, no update. I wrote an email on the 27th of June, was told that the tablet I ordered was sold out, I requested refund, was told to submit proof of banking letter which I did on the same day of the 27th of June 2024. Was told that their refund process takes about 7 working days, 7 days passed, still no money into my account, day 7, I was told they have backlog of refunds. Their services is very poor, think twice before purchasing from them. The tablet that they said it's sold out, it's still advertised to date. I will never order from you again and will make sure the people closer to me don't do the mistake I made.πππππππ
I am so disappointed with the services I am receiving from Fedelity Adt, we had attempted house ******* on the 1st Dec 2023 and my husband was shot. Immediately after alarm activation, their call centre called and I told them we are having intruders in our yard and they have shot my husband, they arrived 40minutes later. I took my husband to the hospital and they never bothered to come and take a statement until I asked them 3 days post the incident. I reported that one of the front beam was shot,and if they may please send technician to check out if the whole alarm system it is still functional, to date, they have never sent any of their technicians regardless of how many times I have made follow up with them. On the 15th Dec another incident happened, the alarm was activated for few minutes and deactivated,whereby the ****s stole 1 of our solar panel. To date, no technician was sent to check the functionality of their alarm system. I will never recommend ADT even to my worst enemyπ’π’
I had a problem with my ONT box on the 15th October 2023,I logged a call through Webafrica, I was promised that they will escalate my call and for 3 days, no technician was sent. I approached Mr Jacob Mthimkhulu from Openserve who assisted me professionally and requested technician Mr Celebration Khumalo to come and assist. Celebration assisted us after hours at no costs, he showed his passion on his work. His services was very professional. I highly recommend Openserve for WiFi networks/servicesπ―
I bought sneakers vans south Africa online for my son, he wears size 12 and decided to buy size 13 since size 12 is a bit tight, unfortunately,it didn't fit him. Problem started when I wanted exchange, first ,there was no return option on their website, secondly size can't be exchanged but offered refund, the person who assisted me telephonically managed to log a return for me on the 21st Nov 2023 and promised that the courier services will pick them up, I thought my problem is going to be resolved, to date, the courier services never pitched. If I don't communicate with vans online ,they remain silent and do not update. I am so disappointed and will definitely not recommend them to anyone to use their online services. Worst part, you can't exchange in the in-store, apparently, they are not working together. Their customer service is very poor πππ
I bought a phone on the 5th October 2023, it was functioning well. Then on the 22nd October 2023 the phone started to automatically go on and off continuously. I logged a return to takealot for repair or exchange but it was declined, reason being the phone warranty expired on the 25 October 2025. How they refuse to assist while they are the one rendered a service. If you need a peace of mind and value for your money, NEVER BUY a phone through themπ‘π‘π‘
