They sell **** shoes that gets worn out after wearing. They are after our money but when it comes to quality they don't deliver 😢😢

After weeks after l returned their items ,they ask me for my bank confirmation which l did give to them ,after waiting for 2 days for my refund which I didn't get then when l try to call them l noticed that they even blocked my number to @vans refund my money so embarrassing

DO NOT BUY AT VANS ONLINE SOUTH AFRICA I placed an order on the 27th of November 2025,the delivery service was horrible as it took time. I had to constantly call and follow up on my order,just when I received my order on the 8th of December. They delivered an incorrect size,when I lodged a complaint about that they were not empathetic and told me they'll refund me. I then asked them why resort to refund instead of trying to get the correct size, it's now almost month with the back and forth with them. They had the parcel collected for refund process and it has been inspected since forever ,it's now the 25th of December 2025 and I haven't received my money back. They have the parcel with them and I have been calling in and sending emails they are not of any help. Their online services is the worst, I have dealt with Tasneem and Mabasa in this query but it hasn't been resolved. All I want is my money and not further interactions with them,they keep saying they are awaiting confirmation for the refund,they are ****** because they have the item at the warehouse,all they need to do is process the refund. I warn you that Do not order anything from Vans South Africa, very ***********,and horrible service. I want my money back, i am tired of their explanations with no tangible resolution.

Ordered sneakers on sale,they were handed to ram courier,it took almost 2 weeks to arrive to me,called them then the following they came the next thing the guy never delivered,I only received a sma saying delivery unsuccessful,useless,will never buy from them

Great online experience, quick and efficient service. Returns were very easy to log, courier came next day, and the refund was handled seemlessly. Not to mention the quality of Vans t-shirts. Thanks, Vans!

I did have an issue with a product, contacted support and received a full refund; so I can say their Customer Care is efficient and did not make any issues to take the product back and issue the refund.

The response received from Vans/Birkenstocks on what is very much a product defect feels very much impersonal, generic, a well put together nothing email, a copy and pasted communique sent to all unhappy customers. Although you don't need me as a customer, I will be moving away from Vans. This experience here is not the experience and expectation I had come to appreciate and love from the Vans brand. I'm a 47 now, that's a lot of rotations around the sun, loving and enjoying your tekkies. But sadly, all journeys must come to an end! Cheers.
