They sell **** shoes that gets worn out after wearing. They are after our money but when it comes to quality they don't deliver 😢😢

They customers services is the worst I have tried to communicate with them on numerous occasions regarding updating my contact numbers.For the past 2 months I have been talking to different consultants about a mere contact number update but till today I have not been assisted

Empty promises and Lies.
So santam promised that if they can't beat my car insurance they will give me 500 takealot voucher .So they were unable to beat my insurance and requested a policy schedule which I sent on the 30th of July.Then they rep**** and said they will pay after 5 days.i sent them an email again yesterday then they said today but till now I have not received any thing from Santam.
