Paid them on the 15 Dec and they debited again on the 19,now they are refusing with my refund,called them with no response,sent emails and no one is responding also
Useless,terrible service,took them almost 2 weeks to deliver my vans sneakers, it was handed to them 7 days ago and when they are supposed to deliver, they send unsuccessful messages, useless AF
Ordered sneakers on sale,they were handed to ram courier,it took almost 2 weeks to arrive to me,called them then the following they came the next thing the guy never delivered,I only received a sma saying delivery unsuccessful,useless,will never buy from them
I recently faced an injustice at Mancosa. I was unable to submit an assignment on the final day of the 21-day submission window due to illness, confirmed by a medical practitioner. I provided all necessary documentation, yet my appeal was outright declined. This shows the institution values rigid procedure over fairness and the rights of its students. Following the rules and providing proof of legitimate circumstances should never be punished.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Absa Activate car insurance. I've been trying to cancel my policy for weeks since I no longer own the insured vehicle. However, it's been impossible to get through to a consultant. I've spent hours on hold, waiting for someone to assist me. The longest wait time was a staggering 2 hours! The lack of responsiveness and inefficient communication channels are unacceptable. As a customer, it's frustrating to be ignored and left hanging. I urge Absa Activate to review their customer service processes and improve their response times. Until then, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Kia Randburg in Strijdom Park. Yesterday morning, I booked my car in for repairs at 8:00 AM, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of customer care. Despite requesting a driver to take me to work, none was provided, and I had to incur the cost of an Uber myself. I had to remind Nkosingiphile Sibiya, the representative assigned to my case, about the arrangement. Throughout the day, I had to initiate calls to inquire about the progress of the repairs, only to be informed about the issues with my car at 15:50. Moreover, no one discussed payment methods with me. When I arrived at 16:00, I was told that it was too late to contact my insurance company, and my car would have to stay overnight. Nkosingiphile assured me that she would call me the following morning, but I received no communication from her. I had to call the dealership again and request to speak with her manager, Marco( not sure if correct spelling). Unfortunately, Marco took Nkosingiphile's side, stating that it was my responsibility to contact my insurance company since I pay them. To add insult to injury, I had to pay the diagnostic fee to retrieve my car, as well as cover the Uber costs. The service I received from Kia Randburg was appalling, and I would not recommend them to anyone. In fact, they don't even deserve a one-star rating. It's time for the branch to reconsider their operations or replace their staff.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Car Care Service City in Strydom Park. I took my car in during their Black Friday special, expecting a major service at half price. However, they only performed a minor service, failing to replace my spark plugs as requested. To make matters worse, they didn't even inform me of the omission. It wasn't until I returned a week later, noticing the issue, that they replaced only one spark plug. Now, I'm forced to pay additional funds to have the remaining spark plugs replaced elsewhere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Car Care Service City due to their subpar service and lack of transparency.
I'm extremely disappointed with the return process. Despite scheduling a return weeks ago, the parcel remains uncollected. I consistently receive messages stating that collection is scheduled for the next day, but no one shows up. When I call to inquire, I'm told that the issue has been escalated, yet nothing changes. The lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. If possible, I would give them a zero rating. Extremely frustrating experience!
Poor service,been asking them to come collect a parcel,it's been 3 weeks and they haven't collected,been calling and sending emails..I'm so disappointed.
