i bought a men's suit from Myrunway, the description said polo slimfit suit, what i received was a custom fit suit, i returned the order. When I initially made the return i chose to be return it as per the initial method of payment used. they decided to put the money on my runway credit , now my money is held up and i do not have my sons suit for his event, i sent several emails for them to please pay the credit to my back , no one responded. what kid of service is this.

As per my mail, thank you Melanie for your prompt response and most importantly thank you for going the extra mile to always assist me when i messed up my order you always response to my mail, thank you for you're support and always helping me. Myrunway is the best online shop in South Africa im so glad that I came across this shop. Wil never wear clothing of any other shop not even in my home town. Will from now on keep supporting Myrunway online. Thank you so much guys.

Very disappointed with their returns. Over a week now since I've logged my return and them sending the courier to collect the parcel. On the site, still shows "awaiting collection". I've went over and beyond sending emails to try and get my refund with no reply. I do not recommend myrunway to anyone!
