The food is going bad to worse. Bland chicken with no seasoning at all. Piece of plastic in my kids chicken pizza. And they got my burger order wrong twice and then I get a dagwood with a ton of sauce and the chicken with no flavor. Won't be going back anytime soon. Caminettos Pizza Overport never again.

Unwelcoming Experience with Manager - No Birthday Celebration Here! Rating: 1/5 I'm compelled to share our disheartening encounter with a female manager at Overport, even though we didn't end up dining there. Our birthday celebration plans were swiftly ruined by her unaccommodating attitude. Upon inquiry about reserving a table for our party, she responded curtly, stating their inability to accommodate our requests. What struck us as unacceptable was her dismissive tone, lacking even a hint of courtesy or willingness to help. Her unwelcoming demeanor left us feeling unvalued and unwelcome. We swiftly decided to take our celebration (and business) elsewhere, opting for a venue that genuinely values customers. While we didn't experience the food, the manager's attitude alone was enough to deter us. Until they prioritize customer service and staff training, we'll be sharing our disappointing experience and advising others to explore alternative options for their special occasions. Disappointed and unwelcome customer.

Just ordered 2 Large pizzas from Caminettos, Overport. The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Not fully cooked. As I picked up slice, all of the toppings slid of the base. Probably because the cheap skates didn't want to put sufficient cheese to bind it, let alone leave it to cook properly

I am extremely dissapointed with Caminetto's service. I ordered from their establishment via the Uber app at 17h20. My food only arrived at 19h43 (more than 2 hours later) and it was the wrong order. When I contacted their store, all I got was a feeble excuse - they basically said that there was nothing they could do about it with a condescending attitude and a horrific attempt to blame the driver who happens to be black for their mess up. I wonder whether the fact that the driver was black, lead the staff to blame him for their blatant incompetence. It is my understanding that Uber drivers merely deliver the food and prepare or package the food. I will not be ordering from their establishment again. Truly disgusted.

I am extremely dissapointed with Caminetto's service. I ordered from their establishment via the Uber app at 17h20. My food only arrived at 19h43 (more than 2 hours later) and it was the wrong order. I buy very often from carmanettos. I have recently had many issues with the orders I placed. This week I ordered 2 x cashewnut noodle dishes. 1 was to be hot and 1 mild. I live an odd 35kms from the store. When I got home and opened up my meals the portions were half the usual size. I contacted the store and the manager said I was lying as he checked it himself. I stood there waiting for my meal and never saw anybody check anything but they insisted it was checked by 2 managers. The lady at the counter was complaining that they were short staafed and behind schedule with orders so that left me wondering how 2 managers checked my order!!! They then promised to call me the next day to get more info. 2 days later nothing has happened even tho I had reminded them on whatsapp. The service is pathetic The customer satisfaction is even worse. The level of quality in their food has stopped to less than 20% what it was. During the lockdown they were charging me an extra R30 to walk out of the store to hand me my meal!!! So guys I would think twice about spending so much on a meal thats so small. Its just not worth it anymore!!!
