First class service

First class service, by accident I ordered the wrong fireplaces (too small) for our lodge. After I discovered that, they swapped them for larger fireplaces and even went the extra mile to drive extra from Pretoria to Hoedspruit to help us out right for the opening of our new Lodge! An example for most South African companies.
