We placed two separate orders, three days apart. Both times, items were missing from the delivery. They take payment for the full order, but you never hear back from them. After following up multiple times, they eventually confirm they’ll ship the missing items — and then nothing happens again. I finally managed to speak to Taz, a manager, who confirmed that this is their standard practice: they don’t send out backorders unless you call or follow up. This is unacceptable. At the very least, the website should indicate when an item is out of stock. Otherwise, they should automatically send it as soon as it becomes available again. I find it disgraceful that this kind of practice is even allowed.
We build a new lodge 2 years ago and equipped the whole lodge with professional Samsung aircons, now 2 years later an airco unit breaks down and we are waiting over two weeks for a part. The installer says this is a regular thing with Samsung since 1,5 year
We are so called partners but what an idiots. For weeks I have been trying to get our location right, after sending emails with confirmation from the game reserve HQ and bills from HQ they simply come back again and again that they can’t change our location to Klaserie Nature Reserve. And this is essential for a business, being in a safari park or in a town. Sick and tired of them
This internet service provider must be single most hated company in the Lowveld. I don’t know anything about their wired connections but everyone I speak to complains about their wireless Internet solutions. Their backoffice is easily the most incapable lot you have ever reached out to. If you ask and pay for 40mbps download like us you must be happy to receive 20. I will praise the day when the government of South Africa has an epiphany and allow STARLINK to operate in South Africa.
Paid last year 4000 into obaro account to order grass seeds. After asking several times they admitted they forgot to order. Now try to get your money back! After sending repeatedly my proof of payments they now need me to fill in a money return form and then they come and say no no you must send us a bank letter. While on the proof of payment and I am sure on their bank statement they should be able to see where the money came from. So they do everything not to return your money. And then the tone of the person on the accounts department through the phone. They won’t see me again.

I just like to warn everyone, this company does not really exist. We list money couple of months ago and we tried visiting them after we lost a lot of money to them. Be aware Marlene or whoever answer you does not exist
Total ****, the company advertise with copper soapdispensers We ordered, what they send are the cheapest ugliest steel soapdispensers available. No phone answer. Do not deal with them, this company is bad.
This is a huge ****! Ordered and paid no products, adres is ordinary house. Marlene probably doesn’t really exist and if she does may she burn in hell!
