I would not recommend anyone to buy a battery from Obaro Northam. As the batteries have a 2year warranty and every months you have to change it. They take the warranty from the first one you buy, not the last one they changed.

I went to an Obaro to get a Aluminium cutter head for a brush cutter. It is summer and I'm sure that Obaro must realise that for certain seasons people need certain tools etc to mow their laws etc. Obaro had not even one Aluminium head in stock. Neither did they have the nylon cutter lines for the Aluminium head. I went to a smaller store in the same town, and they must have had at least 20 Aluminium cutter heads in stock, and loads of nylon cutter lines. Shame on you Obaro!!!!!!

I went to an Obaro to get a Aluminium cutter head for a brush cutter. Paid last year 4000 into obaro account to order grass seeds. After asking several times they admitted they forgot to order. Now try to get your money back! After sending repeatedly my proof of payments they now need me to fill in a money return form and then they come and say no no you must send us a bank letter. While on the proof of payment and I am sure on their bank statement they should be able to see where the money came from. So they do everything not to return your money. And then the tone of the person on the accounts department through the phone. They won’t see me again.

I bought a primix 450(cattle feed) from Obaro wonderboom and after feeding 2 of my cattle the all die,I took it back to Obaro wonderboom were I meet Mr Malan from voermol which is the supplier,he took the sample and I took the sample also from the bag to the laboratory and the laboratory found glass particles in the feed but Obaro wonderboom didn't even bother to talk to me or even reply my email and also Voermol feeds told me that I cannot get any refund from them

I'm so disappointed in magliesburg obaro delivery service.yesterday they wanted to deliver poles without someone to offload the material and they have been doing that on more than three occasions A rude gentleman called me demanding that I make guys available to offload the truck,he didn't even introduce himself nor gave me his name The gentleman proceeded to lie to me and said he will talk to his manager then come back to me ,I waited to hear from his manager but the manager nor the gentleman called.the truck driver drove off with the goods because the was no one to offload The service these guys are giving is absolutely terrible and the unprofessionalism on their calls is of the highest order

Bad service, no stock, no response, refused to be helped, called names. I have ordered 8 work jackets in different styles and sizes from this store, and to my disappointment, they did not have stock on any of the sizes or styles I requested. So, I requested that they order for me the jackets, which took a long tedious process for no reason as I ordered as an individual and paid in full. There were so many forms to fill in while the lady helped other customers in the process. I was told the jackets would be here early the following week, so I said okay, I'll wait. A week passed, and Thursday arrived, and still, I haven't got any feedback from the store. When we called, the lady said she was busy and she would call us back in 10 minutes, which didn't happen. We called back, and she said she tried calling, and we didn't answer, but we didn't have any missed calls. Now, a week later, we called and asked what's the latest on the jackets and asked why she did not call back. She told us that if we have an attitude, she will not help us. So I went back to the store and they told me the jackets would be here the same day. I was told to come back. When I reached back, she called and said the supplier only sent one jacket. So I requested a refund as I was told they can not refund me until the supplier refunds them, which will take more than a month.

Bad service, no stock, no response, refused to be helped, called names. I sent my driver to refill diesel on the company truck in October 2021 @Obaro Burgersfort, petrol attendant broke the fuel cap when closing that tank, driver went to their office they said he should bring quote for the fuel cap. I did a quote submitted it there till today im still waiting for their call.
