Magliesburg obaro **** delivery service

I'm so disappointed in magliesburg obaro delivery service.yesterday they wanted to deliver poles without someone to offload the material and they have been doing that on more than three occasions

A rude gentleman called me demanding that I make guys available to offload the truck,he didn't even introduce himself nor gave me his name

The gentleman proceeded to lie to me and said he will talk to his manager then come back to me ,I waited to hear from his manager but the manager nor the gentleman called.the truck driver drove off with the goods because the was no one to offload

The service these guys are giving is absolutely terrible and the unprofessionalism on their calls is of the highest order
