Bad service, no stock, no response, refused to be helped, called names. I have ordered 8 work jackets in different styles and sizes from this store, and to my disappointment, they did not have stock on any of the sizes or styles I requested. So, I requested that they order for me the jackets, which took a long tedious process for no reason as I ordered as an individual and paid in full. There were so many forms to fill in while the lady helped other customers in the process. I was told the jackets would be here early the following week, so I said okay, I'll wait. A week passed, and Thursday arrived, and still, I haven't got any feedback from the store. When we called, the lady said she was busy and she would call us back in 10 minutes, which didn't happen. We called back, and she said she tried calling, and we didn't answer, but we didn't have any missed calls. Now, a week later, we called and asked what's the latest on the jackets and asked why she did not call back. She told us that if we have an attitude, she will not help us. So I went back to the store and they told me the jackets would be here the same day. I was told to come back. When I reached back, she called and said the supplier only sent one jacket. So I requested a refund as I was told they can not refund me until the supplier refunds them, which will take more than a month.
I bought an Epson printer bundle online which states it is a small office bundle. When the printer is bought you recieve a free Dell monitor with it. When my order arrived with many other items that I have ordered, the dell monitor was not there.. I tried contacting the business to explain my story and they kept sending me emails back stating my order is complete. When I tried calling them theres no answer. Is this how they rob and cheat their customers?
The telephone gives some issues every single day, customers can never call my business nor can I call out. I have to restart the phone continuously and if I'm lucky it will start working. many days I go through an entire day without a phone losing business because of the unreliable products and service they provide. The technicians take weeks to repair the system and as soon as they leave the system is exactly as it was before they arrived. ME Systems real you in by saying they can beat the current bill you pay but at the end of every month you realize you end up paying around R1000 more for terrible service and a phone that never works. I can't understand why my bill keeps going up if I can't even make one decent call without the system dropping my call or a very bad connecting. Customers complain every day about our lines but the system never seems to ever be fixed.
Great service and money well spent. Always get a great job done. Vehicle looks brand new with no form of spray work done. Very cheap for premium results. Could do with a revamp though.
They dont keep track of time. Made an appointment for 2 scratches on my vehicle that was supposed to take 2 day to repair as I had an appointment. I called after four days and they had not done anything to the vehicle nor did they even know that my vehicle was there. The lady at the desk told me she will call me back after she goes to see where the vehicle is and what's going on, I havent got a call 4 days later and I'm still waiting till now. Ontop of all of it, the racist attitude from the reception is absolutely unacceptable.
Restuarant is very dirty and old. Waiting area are reception is extremely hot due to zinc roof. The tour only lasts 10 minutes although they state its 30 minutes. The tour guide is racist and didn't say much the entire tour, he gave the white tourists a longer tour then ours by atleast 10 minuites. The guide literally took us out the gate after the tour as if we were not welcome it the first place.
I have enquired about a contract and had given my details for credit vetting without approval. I received a SMS telling me that an agent will call me soon but instead they had sent me the product via courier without my approval and concent. I called in on the same day as delivery to cancel my contract which they had processed. When j called in on the seventh day again to verify my cancelation as I have a seven day cancelation period they could not find any cancelation request so j cancelled again. I called them again after a week and I was told that I have to pay a percentage of my contract total of two years to cancel because it had been after the 7 day period. I told them I called twice to cancel within the 7 day period and the assistant said she will follow up. I now receive statements of my contract which I still had not opened and which is still not cancelled. I have tried everything to cancel with no response and I am charged for something I did not want or agree on. Telkom has the worst service and will never improve. They do not care about cancellations and only want to steal customers money.its not the first time I'm trying to cancel something with them. I have tried canceling a landline and ADSL line for the passed 5 years which I don't even have but I am still charged for it for the passed 5 years. I have had enough of paying for things I don't use and they can't seem to cancel.
I went to get a quote from UFO waterfall branch and ask the salesman when will I receive my furniture - she told me you can have everything by next week Tuesday as we have our deliveries every Tuesday. I went home and did an eft and got confirmation from them that my furniture will be delivered and installed within 7 days. After the 7th day my items did not arrive and a called in and was told that the furniture must still be delivered. I have been staying in a house with no furniture for 2 months, not even a bed. The furniture started coming in one by one and each time I was told to pay delivery. After 3 months I am still waiting for some of my furniture and they do not know when will it arrive. On top of everything we keep being told we are liars and that the furniture will be here month after month. The lady working there has a very bad attitude and uses vulgar words on us.
Hello, i am extremely dissatisfied with the service given by Old mutual. My house roof flew off on the 9th January 2018 and I only started receiving help after 3 weeks of having no roof. In the meantime the assessor came 1 week after the terrible incident and said that no emergency services has to be done. He did not assess the property well and instead he only stayed for 5 mins. It rained for 2 weeks almost everyday where my furniture and ceilings got extremely damaged whereby you can even spot allege on some items. My tiles have gotten loose in almost every room where water sat continuously for 3 weeks. The assessor keeps making appointments which end up with no conclusion. He comes with his book and writes things down and does not say anything further. He goes back and never calls until we call him and ask him something he already saw and acts like its new news. The house still stands incomplete with no bedrooms and bathroom after 5 weeks. The assessor now made another appointment to come and see us and it will definately have no conclusion after he leaves. The assessor refuses to fix what is due to be fixed according to the insurance policies such as damaged ceilings, Rotten wooden floor,rotten carpet,burnt wiring,broken tiles,broken shower drain and many other major items. I am still waiting for my furniture claim to even go through which is another nightmare. We have paid this insurance company for many years and only claimed now after 20-30 years. We have many insurances taken out with them and I am disgusted and would never recommend them to anyone. My assessor is Andre Valjoen and i live on 72 Karlien street, Zinniaville in Rustenburg and I say this is one of the worst experiences I have had on my life - dealing with a wreckage and Old mutual making it much much worst.
