Best service provider
Just want to take the opportunity to applause Su from Pioneer Metering for a great work. Vukani Complex was migrated to pioneer metering prepaid service in record time. The team took two days to migrade 120 houses with no hick-ups, smooth transitioning. Well done Team.

Hi I'm Lea help me with my OTT Voucher pin please I did buy 3 OTT Voucher so I did only get 1 and I didn't receive any voucher pin or serial numbers really please help me my phone number is 0767211246 I did buy it over Moya OTT

Very poor customer service
We were customers and when the time came to renew our contract we decided to cancel our services with them, as customer service was always a problem, and they are very arrogant towards us as the customer. We sent an cancelation to them that was accepted and we thought all is well, but then realized that there was still a Debit order being deducted from our account called Centrafin, after researching this, we found it was linked to ME Systems and our contract with them, they simply rep**** that it was our own responsibility to cancel the Centrafin service/debit order, this would not have been a problem if someone just had the decency to inform us of this. So think twice before choosing your service provider. Some just do not care about customer service.
