Protea Metering underhand tactics.
if there was no star rating I would chose that, its been a year since we terminated our service with Protea Metering, they are refusing to transfer the account balance and details to our new service provider. COJ is now in the process of cutting us off due to

Bad customer service
Their service is pathetic. My order was delivered to a wrong address. Kept on hold for over 30 mins by a consultant named Khumo who sounded so unsure of what is needed to be done to rectify the mistake.

Best service provider

Horrific service
Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1. if there was i could choose it. Terrible service. if i was a client at king price i would review my policy Fraut plus horrific service equates king price they changed tires on the vehicle in order to decline a claim. guess we will be meeting at ombadsment and a case of insurance fraud against the insurer is underway word of warning if you can move youre insurance. please do so
