Very poor customer service

We were customers and when the time came to renew our contract we decided to cancel our services with them, as customer service was always a problem, and they are very arrogant towards us as the customer. We sent an cancelation to them that was accepted and we thought all is well, but then realized that there was still a Debit order being deducted from our account called Centrafin, after researching this, we found it was linked to ME Systems and our contract with them, they simply rep**** that it was our own responsibility to cancel the Centrafin service/debit order, this would not have been a problem if someone just had the decency to inform us of this. So think twice before choosing your service provider. Some just do not care about customer service.
