Disappointed in Makro Suppliers
Disappointed, I bought a stage light on the Makro App and received a a different light altogether from what I have ordered. I tried logging a return on WhatsApp and via call since the updated app doesn't show orders, doesn't look like I'm being assisted.

Disappointing
I bought parts from Sharp Auto Parts and told the sales person I will return the parts if it's not the correct one he agreed. Parts delivery was delayed I didn't complain, after receiving the parts oil pump wasn't the correct one. I returned the pump abd asked them to exchange for Conrod, t days later Naren send a picture of the conrod told him I got it already and ask him to create a voucher so I can use the credit someother time and that's when I was told they not gona refund the part coming up with all stories. Disappointed

Worst service
This company has to be the worst roadside assistance company I have had to deal with. Today I had a breakdown I phoned them around 10am I was told they sending someone 2:30pm I receive a call that they can't assist me anymore because I am at a safe place. I am stuck on the side of the road an they tell me I am safe. This is the second time I get bad service from them

Please reverse my money
So I canceled a Sim card as there was no network in October/November. Today 16th January my account is debited for a sim card that i a cancelled 2 months back. Please do the right thing an reverse my R499.00

Ebaan leave FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE alone... this is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with!! They can't even assist with Lock Smith. I phone them on 2nd January and 8 days later I still haven't heard from them.

Tyres honestly don't deserve a star. Thomas is a scammer. I wish people could read tyres on hellopeter before buying from this guy. This guy's scammed me money for 4 truck tyres it's been 11 months now

Disappointed
Starting to dislike MAKRO online services, I made a purchase on the 29th received a message that's my order is packed same day till today the order is still packed and not handed over to their carried. I phoned the twice to check they struggled to get my order, now I am being told to wait for 24-48 hours for an update on my order!

Disappointed
Disappointed in FNB vehicle insurance, I requested a road side assistance on 15th December after holding so many attempts to talk to relevant person, Today it's the 21st Decemeber no one came to assist or call to check if I got assist. I regret moving my policy to this insurer!!!
