This people are a bunch of opportunists to say the least. I searched online for a tappet cover using a VIN number, took me straight to Sharp auto parts website.Took a screenshot and forwarded to my machenic and he told me the description is correct. Ordered it and waited for while for delivery, finally got the delivery buy few days later I got to my machenic and he stated it was completely different from the one in my car,I immediate texted the Salesman who was helping me on WhatsApp he told me he'll log my case, few days later no response till I got persistant and demanded his attention the matter. He asked how the part is wrong/incorrect,I explained in texts and also took picture of my current tappet cover and the one I recieved.More quite days followed till I decided to email them with all the Info and pictures, also sent a message on Facebook which is where I got a "We'll look into it" response but nothing for few more days. It wasn't until 2days ago I demanded again that the salesman give me a proper response and he comes back with a "Management says returns are to be made in 7days and I already passed 7days since I recieved the part" THERE IS NO SUCH ON THEIR T&Cs , it says 30days for returns. Then I told him its not a problem then they should just send return address so I can get a refund since they claim its too late to exchange then followed more silence. I BET now they are waiting for my 30days to lapse so they can completely refuse my full refund, Payflex will be debiting second payment in a few days for a part I haven't even used because they are giving me the run around. I am usually very vigilant when ordering online now I guess I got too excited and forgot to do my research. They have a loot of bad reviews on Facebook dating from 2022 where everyone has a similar case and their Admin is very arrogant when responding to customer griviances,they make up rules as they go and seem to be getting away with taking people's monies and giving them wrong products and bad customer service on top of all that.Such a disgrace, Buy Online at your own risk from this bunch.

Don't do business with these *****'s. Guarantee on there parts means nothing to them. Telling me the valve timing is out on the 2KD engine. I'm not in business since yesterday. Nothing good comes from Sharp Auto Parts

This company and it's untouchable owner/director/s are not an honorable lot! More than three months and still no resolve... very frustrating indeed." The saga goes on... Good day Yasser, Thank you for your e-mail received. The content of the terms and conditions offered by your management team is an insult to my intelligence. May I remind you and your Mr. Peer that since 16 May and to date being 28 August, the subsequent inconvenience and expense I and my business have endured due to the faulty cylinder head purchased from Sharp Auto Parts and the absolute lack of responsibility to resolve the issue timeously is testament to the ethics of the Peer family run business. Other than the three months and counting for a solution to replace/refund the defective part, I was forced to refurbish my original motor at a cost of R47826.20 plus an additional R4950.00 for the instruction from your management team to the engineering works for the dismantle and inspection report of the cylinder head. In a nutshell, I have paid the sum of R129000.00 to get my vehicle running again. Offering me R9500.00 as compensation is a slap in the face. I will be more forthcoming if your Mr. Peer would consider the following: 1) R9500.00 cost of the cylinder head. 2) R4950.00 cost of your management’s instruction for damage report which I paid. 3) R450.00 for cylinder head bolts purchased on INV-DBN-005054 rendered non-reuseable. 4) R2100.00 being 50% of gasket kit and lubricants lost due to faulty cylinder head. Total of R17000.00 would be deemed fair as full and final settlement and retraction of social media comments. Should Mr. Peer/ management team not be in agreeance of the above, I will once again be updating all the social media platforms with your letter of agreement and my comments thereof for the broad public to see.
