Disappointed After 5 Years with Rain I’ve been a loyal Rain customer for the past five years. Unfortunately, I recently made the decision to cancel my service due to a noticeable decline in quality and a rise in pricing. The support and customer service are no longer up to standard, especially when compared to what’s being offered by competitors. Rain used to be one of the best options available, but sadly, it no longer feels like they’re keeping up. After cancelling, I was surprised to find that they still debited my account—claiming their billing is done after the fact, even though I've always understood that I was paying in advance. When I visited their service store for clarity, I received no clear explanation. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a service that started out so strong decline this much. Based on my recent experience, I can’t recommend Rain to anyone at the moment. They need to seriously improve their service, pricing transparency, and customer support.
MTN 5G Shesha – Payment Made, But No Service and No Accountability This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. We app**** online for the MTN 5G Shesha 600 package and made the full payment via MTN’s official website (mtn.co.za). Despite this, no one at MTN can locate the payment. We've spent hours calling various numbers, being passed around with no resolution. What’s worse is that we have a payment reference issued by MTN — yet it means absolutely nothing to their support team. No one can explain what happened to the money or why the order hasn’t been processed. It feels like we’re being ****med by a major telecom provider.

Wesbank customer service is non existent. Wesbank customer service line holding time exceed 10 minutes. When you seem to have a breakthrough you end up at debt collection department. I have been trying to cancel my value added service for 3 months now. I have even tried the email route that it’s even worse.
Kudos to a stellar service everytime. 10 order received with no fuss. I really enjoy using your service. Keep it up.
