I am reporting Lwazi Public Business cell number 0824570778 in Mokopane and Letaba Wireless Network cell number 0723959123 for what I believe is dishonest and misleading conduct. I responded to a fibre installation advert with the following advertised costs: - Installation: R700 - WiFi: R350 - Transport: R300 After I made payment, I received a message from another person claiming the company had closed temporarily due to a funeral and that I now needed to pay an additional R650 for installation. This extra charge was never disclosed before payment. When I requested cancellation and a refund, I was told there would be no refund and that I would lose my money unless I paid more. I feel misled and pressured into paying additional money after already making payment based on the original advert. I have proof of payment, screenshots of the advert, and WhatsApp conversations available. South Africans be aware

I have a network failure of which my WiFi is not connecting Reference no: MAT986 i raised my concerns and given response with excuses and trying to hide behind policies of which i faced the similar situation with them upon joining and for the installation to be done it was a mission so this time I refused to accept that, my issue was escalated to the very very worst manager who lack customer service, he hang up a call on me while talking ( of course complaining) and I wonder if that is Letaba networks culture or that’s how they treat clients? maybe it is because I am BLACK or to him I was talking nonsense of which I wonder if he does the same to whites. All I am asking for is to get my WiFi up and running cause I rely on that, it is not acceptable at all.

Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Contact them with an issue and you get fobbed off with utter *******, blaming all sorts of non-related tribble for their own shortcomings. Do they not realise that customers pay their wages? Those same customers, are reliant on a reliable service and need to be kept informed on issues and truthful timescales for the resolve. A recent lightning storm on a Friday afternoon in the Lydenburg area knocked out the service. This was immediately reported to ‘customer service’ via their WhatsApp service. Usual response advising that someone will be in contact shortly ….. we wait, and we wait… and we wait… nothing! Then on the Monday, a message appears, advising that they’d been a lightning strike and the team were dispatched to repair - as if it had just happened. Obviously they don’t have the resources on a Friday? Plenty of other examples of the totally inept service given to clients. Letaba management should be ashamed and get to grips on improving the customer service standards! Once working correctly, the system is good and meets our needs, but when there’s issues, my goodness, the stress levels begin to rise knowing that a battle is on the horizon! Maybe if we call in to the local office to iron out our concerns? Nope! We tried that and despite the reassurance we were given, the issues just don’t go away! Wake up Letaba, because if you don’t - they’ll be a Letaba user group established, to pull your funding on a mass scale!

We’ve been having a network problem since last week thursday. We sent email, Whatsapp and even called but there’s no communication at all. The wifi is down and not even appearing on the wifi list. They have a very bad service, how can i pay for something im not using?

Good day Letaba wireless is so disappointing this days is giving problem before Letaba was good network it it was not having issue yesterday they send email indicating that there is issues of slow internet and they also ensured that they will fix and bring back to stable via communication but even today there is no changes and no communication has been made so and network is very poor I can’t work and can open email and again I also spend more money to buy more data so that I can communicate with the family and friend today I called them no one has answer the phone

Extremely unreliable & very poor service. Reported the service out of order on Saturday 11 March 2026 Received an email to say tech is dispatched but due to heavy rains cannot continue (there was no Rain in sight), but they will continue the nex day. On Monday 9 March we went to their office in Musina and the reply was it can take up to 7 working days Today, again I phoned them and their response was the ticket is out for Friday. No rental credit for no service - you just have to pay...... Four days a week, we receive messages saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. The customer service is poor they take days to respond. Whenever they close the branch, you have to wait until the following day, if you’re lucky. I’m giving them a 1 because, in the beginning, they used to have good service. Now, ‘poor service’ is an understatement.

Letaba Wireless networks, must have the absolute worse internet solutions in the whole of South Africa! Their customer service is absolutely shocking! Don't ever think you will get what you pay for with them. The worst part is they dont care, they have the monopoly in the area for the time being. I hope some competition can move in and wipe them out soon.
