Has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Contact them with an issue and you get fobbed off with utter *******, blaming all sorts of non-related tribble for their own shortcomings. Do they not realise that customers pay their wages? Those same customers, are reliant on a reliable service and need to be kept informed on issues and truthful timescales for the resolve. A recent lightning storm on a Friday afternoon in the Lydenburg area knocked out the service. This was immediately reported to ‘customer service’ via their WhatsApp service. Usual response advising that someone will be in contact shortly ….. we wait, and we wait… and we wait… nothing! Then on the Monday, a message appears, advising that they’d been a lightning strike and the team were dispatched to repair - as if it had just happened. Obviously they don’t have the resources on a Friday? Plenty of other examples of the totally inept service given to clients. Letaba management should be ashamed and get to grips on improving the customer service standards! Once working correctly, the system is good and meets our needs, but when there’s issues, my goodness, the stress levels begin to rise knowing that a battle is on the horizon! Maybe if we call in to the local office to iron out our concerns? Nope! We tried that and despite the reassurance we were given, the issues just don’t go away! Wake up Letaba, because if you don’t - they’ll be a Letaba user group established, to pull your funding on a mass scale!
