Once again excellent service by the Campos and Migco Team. If you want a transport company who are friendly and professional, who look after your belongings when moving then, Campos is the company to use.

Thank you to Campos Transport for the excellent delivery service. A special thanks to Jordan, Jonathan, and Uys, who were exceptionally friendly and efficient in handling the delivery of a very heavy couch.

The call center agents are so rude! Really bad customer service ! Particularly Johannesburg lady and Capetown guy. I asked for assistance they were shouting at me! Pathetic customer service!!!!! Cielo should stop working with them for deliveries.

Campos came recommended but they have been the worst transport company . I needed a bed to be transported from JHB to CT . The bed was a light fabric and when it arrived it looked like it had been dragged on the floor. The bed had brown marks everywhere and even ripped the fabric on the corners . I have to get the bed reupholstered. Campos said this has to be done at my own cost !! They will transport the bed to and from the company to repair but why would i want that when it was their negligence with transporting the bed that cost me extra money !! Worst transport company ever !!

Campos came recommended but they have been the worst transport company . I needed a bed to be transported from JHB to CT . Today 30/01/2024 I was expecting a delivery from JHB to CPT Campost Transport, they sent a vague SMS yesterday to say they will deliver today 30/01/2024 and they stipulated the times between 08h00 and 17h00. I live in South Africa and I work 9-5. Today at around 10:02 I received a phone call from the driver to say that he was at the gate and I politely told him I was not home I was at work and asked if he could come back later even if it meant I was the last one to receive my delivery I will be home then. He rudely dismissed me and told me that he couldn't come back, I needed to call the office to reschedule for another time. I asked him why he didn't call me first before he came so I could get home when he arrived and then we won't have issues, he said he expected someone to be home, then he hung up the phone. Around 12h00 I called the office the call centre agent lady was very polite however in the background was her manager who took over the phone to emphasize his position in the company and was utterly rude about it. The gentleman was not willing to assist or listen to my complaint. he kept accusing me that I called everyone rude which was not true but his way of running away from the truth. he ended up hanging up the phone without letting me know when they would deliver my parcel, this could be tomorrow, next month, or next year, and because there was no resolution the same issue could occur AGAIN. this company has no customer service the team is unprofessional, from the driver to the manager. They team up on you to make you look guilty. I am so disappointed in the service I received. I will not advise anyone to use Campost transport. I paid so much money to be treated like this. there are so many options out there this one is a NO GO.

Very expensive and poor service from sales team! Prices is very expensive on school furniture. The cost of transport on school furniture is about 20% of the school furniture value. Always had great service from the sales team but since the two new ladies arrived I had very bad experiences with their sales team.

I received excellent service from Campos Transport (Pretoria Area). Followed up on a delivery with Kevin who went out of his way to accommodate a delivery with a very small delivery window. Special thanks to Kevin who made the experience so easy.

If I could rate this pathetic company zero for their ridiculous and poor service my neighbour has received I would tenfold. All I can advise other customers is, if you are going to purchase anything from a furniture store, first confirm their delivery company because what I experienced with this company was appalling and disturbing. The delivery guys left her expensive couch outside because it was too heavy and to add to that, they were very rude. I hate them and their pathetic service. I hope they burn in hell.
