Bad customer care

Good day my Name is Ntsikelelo Ernest mgudlwa in Capetown today I went to one of your grocery store in canal walk or century city to purchase my family food I pay with my capitec card and money was deducted to my account but the manager told me they didn’t get money I have to leave groceries to the store money is out of my account

It was an embarrassing moment infront of all the customers and my family my kids and I have to wait more than 30min in the shop and be told I can’t have my groceries that I was going to use it for my family supper I’m so annoyed and angry the manager was not helping at all .
