Bad security measures

Has the most useless security you have ever seen. Got a motorcycle that stands in the parking lot as my family member works inside the mall. Up on returning to the motorcycle, he has noticed there has been fiddled with the motorcycle and the passenger seat got removed and there is scratches to the tank. Went to security to see what happened where they saw a family has been fiddling with the motorcycle. Ask for the footage where they refused us the footage. Also claiming the family only went to this specific motorcycle because it's an expensive motorcycle between them all. So does this mean if there is a Ferrari in there, I can do as I please because its expensive?
