CANAL WALK MALL Turning off our mobile networks

I need Canal walk to fix the thing they put there to turn shoppers network service off. They even have it on the bathrooms. It’s the only mall in South Africa where when you go there your phone basically doesn’t work. Their free WiFi kicks itself off the minute you connect.. do you know a phone is an emergency need, and how unsafe free WiFi at a mall is? A person you meeting at a mall can’t find you cos your phone is off and somehow you discover that late. Really it’s been like that for years and it ****ed me off. Fix this, you have all that mall with all the needs but it’s insufferable spending that much time there with no connection
