my license disk expired on the 31 of august 2022 and i requested cancom to do renewal it takes them the whole of September to renew my disk. on Monday 17 October 2022 i call them and asked them to refund me so i can go i do license disk at license department, Because when i request them to do it for is because our municipality was on strike, and since Monday no respond on my request they asked for my banking details, but no money was deposited back to my account, please assist me on this matter.
