i would like to take this time and say thanks to Sibusiso Ngwenya for Helping me with a matter and apologies for writing about cancom i was supposed to write with Diskysupport, but he helps me and i will recommend Cancom going forward. and thanks again Sibusiso Ngwenya.
my license disk expired on the 31 of august 2022 and i requested cancom to do renewal it takes them the whole of September to renew my disk. on Monday 17 October 2022 i call them and asked them to refund me so i can go i do license disk at license department, Because when i request them to do it for is because our municipality was on strike, and since Monday no respond on my request they asked for my banking details, but no money was deposited back to my account, please assist me on this matter. reff is FVP488MP
Hi Hellopeter i have bad service with motorvaps 1st was policy for scratch and damage i had to cancel it because they refuse to pay for my car, now its for service of a car, i took a policy with them last year June 2018 till now, today i took my car for service and they say they only paying R1000.00 and the rest of the money have to pay myself and that car has a warranty. and worse i dont have money to pay, now have to phone VW middelburg to cancel them to contiuned servicing the car, what the used of paying R465.00 and have to pay again rather get another policy that can help me better than this motorvaps, and i did tell the lady who phone me that i dont need this policy but she convince me to take it now i cant be help have to pay the rest of the service, i need motorvaps to pay back all my premium so i can take my car to service because they cant service my car, its not 1st time i wrote to hellopeter about motorvaps.my Policy number (Broker) : WARRPL- **********
thanks to Louis Meyer for assisting me with my access, hope i am going to get back the access i paid after they claim from the third party, i dont think i am going to write to hellopeter to get assistance. if dial direct they do there job proparly i will be very much happy to stay with them and i can reccomend it to my friends and family for a good job that they do. to hellopeter thanks very much.
Hi Hellopeter i wrote to you about poor service with dialdirect and the was no respond and our car its in for repair since i book it in i never had anything about it. and Trevour from dialdirect he promised to call me back after we spoke till today i did not hear anything from them and i dont know what is going on.
i took a policy with motorvaps on may if im not mistaken,for warranty repair,service and scratch and denth. after 3 months i pay my premium i took my car in for cratch and denth, i email them a qoute and they reply by they want a qoute for the whole damage on the car i went back to auto body for a new qoute i send to them they reject the qoute. i ask the guy what is the next step since you reject the qoute? then i decided to cancelled the policy with them and thet can pay back my money they say its not possible i ask that the whole 5 months i was paying for nothing and they say have to write a letter to complain, i ask hellopeter to assist me on this matter its either they fix my car or pay back my money.

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>My name is skhumbuzo Thomas Madonsela .budget insurance went to my FNB account on the 26th of april to debit there premium but our agreement is they debit on the 29, which 29 was saturday they were supposed to debit on the 28 april 2017 not on the 26 april 2017 and that it courses a minus on my account, because there was no money on the 26 april 2017.can budget pay back the amount of R186.74 back to my account.</p> <p> </p>
