After buying my ice blast fizzy slush from Candylicious Montecasino I just tasted it and immediately I could tell there is something wrong with it. I went back to the store and explained that to the cashier. Cashier called the "manager" who was absolutely rude to me in the presence of all the customers. She shouted loudly and said 'we cannot do anything about this ice blast because you already drank from it' All the staff refused to refund my money and continued to embarrass me in front of all the other clients.
They did not even consider that there could be something wrong with that batch of slush of maybe the machine was malfunctioning. They didn't even care to check out the machine.
This is a nice looking candy store from the outside. I have spent thousands here over the years. Just pray that you never have to deal with any of the staff or manager when something goes wrong because then you will see that is just another business that is simply left to the mercy of their incompetent staff.
To the owner of this store, I suggest you employ at least one educated person who can correctly deal with your clients.
