1 month for a warranty claim

I have a CANON GX6040 PRINTER that was faulty after 6 months and a few days , I booked the printer in for a warranty claim to Partserve Durban It’s been a month and the printer is still not repaired nor can they inform me when it will be ready

I will never purchase another Canon printer nor will i recommend any business or household to do so
