We are extremely disappointed with the support received from Canon regarding a critical scanner issue. After reaching out to Canon directly for help after receiving no help from PartServe which is their support partner for their printers.
What’s even more frustrating is that Canon support itself has been unhelpful. I’ve called multiple times, been placed on hold for over 25 minutes, transferred from person to person, and ultimately hung up on without receiving any assistance. This is not the level of support we expect from a global brand.
We just want our scanner issue sorted, this has been so upsetting and frustrating.
