This company has ****med me with R6100 1st admin fee R2300 no amount was stated on the loan offer. I signed the offer. After signing i was requested to pay the insurance R3800. After that they did the payment. Sent false proof of payment FNB twice funds was paid into a capitec account 3rd i was requested to pay another R3000 for funds to clear. 1st notice Dear Client, Your Loan Application with Cape Credit and Financial Services has been approved. View PDF attachment. Your reference number is CCAFS/2026/80043 Please contact the office, for payment of administration fee after the payment a Contract /Agreement between you and Cape Credit and Financial Services will be send to you. you will be wondering how you can pay when you are asking for a loan, it is because of our 5% low interest rate as you can see, we are not making much from our clients unlike banks and other loan companies with 35% interest rate. We are here to assist you and making sure you repay your monthly loans with happiness that is why our interest rate is very low. The Administration fee is a once off payment, as soon as this fee is paid a Contract/Agreement between you and Cape Credit and Financial Services will be send to you via email or WhatsApp for signing and send back to us with your banking details for the transfer of your loan amount the same day depending on the time you send back the contract. If you do not have the Administration fee now you can tell us when you will be able to proceed so that we can book your loan transfer the same day. NO AMOUNT WAS STATED ON THE CONTRACT SIGNED. 10th Jan 2026 Regards, Mrs. Sandra Mabuza (whatsapp number +27 63 334 7683 i have been blocked now) 2nd Notice was the insurance pdf file was sent for R3800 THAT was paid the next day 11 th Jan 2026. Both immediate payments requested. Same number 3rd request 13 th jan 2026 (new whatsapp number) Dear client,Leonor Whatley Cape Credit And Financial Services finance department wish to inform you that your loan of R40, 000.00 was successfully transfered to your account and ready to be cleared but due to not paying for the Cost of transfer fee your funds could not be cleared/reflect into your account immediately because the borrower didn't pay for the Cost of transfer Punctual Payment the Borrower shall pay or cause to be paid all Obligations falling due hereunder on the dates and in the manner specified herein The Borrower must also be liable for the payment of the Cost of transfer fee to enable the funds reflect immediately. This money is only refundable within a day , You are advised to make the payment immediately R2,950 for Cost of transfer fee to enable the funds to clear into your account successfully and accordingly. Call our office for account details. We are sorry for any inconveniences this might cause you. Regards, Sandra Mabuza(Manager)( i was not allowed to speak to finance manager at all neither any other manager as they dont work at the company. I did not pay. She keeps on requesting that i try my best to pay. I have no money. She is not the manager. Sandra states that none of those people work there. I have frozen my account now they took the fees as they requested from me and said there is no documentation for the R2950. Its just written on whatsapps. Everytime i enquire my phone call is ended. What can be done about this. It has already been made aware at capitec SAPS AND NEDBANK. ETA 12 weeks out come. This is the account number they use but Peter Cruise is not the account holder as he is finance manager. Lying to potentials customers and lost of hidden fees payable. Quick to get business but after that all goed downhill

Beware of this company as they are de*****ing poeple. They offer loans and send you a quote and documents for the whole lian. Then you are expected to pay a "legal and admin fee" for the documents. After that, they come up with more fees that need to be payed (insurance payments) amounting to thousands of rands before the loan amount will be payed out. After refusing to pay the amount and asking for the moneys payed to be returned the threads started. Be careful and atay away from them...
