Doctor'sTreatment

On Saturday,the 2st January 2023,I went to Cape Dental Care,in Eerste River the purpose for my dental visit was to get my teeth cleaned.Whilst the Dentist checked my teeth he noticed a left side wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted.I gave him permission to extract it,but he struggled to get it extracted eventually,the tooth broke up leaving the roots inside the gum. He let me got up and gave me a prescription for Mypaid pills and the antibiotic pills,which I had to buy from the Pharmacy.He of cause he told me to use gugle with salt mixture,no,smoking nor drinking for three days.He further gave me a follow up appointment of the 27th January 2023,mind you the roots are left in my gum.I left his surgery,to buy the medication from the pharmacy.It was hard an hour the pains started,and was so painful in such a manner that the pain pills he prescribed for me could not make any difference.I could not bear the pains,and decided to go to Melomed Hospital in Bellville,where I was told that they do not have any Dentist in their hospital and I was directed to Netcare Hospital in N1,City,on arrival there ,I was given a number to phone Dr.Davids,who was their on call Doctor, unfortunately Dr.Davids informed me that he was out of Cape Town.I email Dr. Muhammed -Ismail,Saith,who is the Doctor that performed tooth extraction one telling him about my ideal without any response from him.I could not sleep on Saturday night,due to an unbearable pain I suffered.Sunday,I contacted Doctor David's hoping he could advise me,andhe did his best by sending me a new script with a prescribed stronger pain medication.I continue using both his pain pills and Dr.Muhammed'prescribed pills. I could not sleep again on Sunday the 22nd, January 2023,night due to pains.On Monday the 23rd January 2023,I decided to go back to Dr.Muhammed-Ismail Saith.On arrival I was told that the Doctor will only arrive at 11h00,and I decided to wait for him.He eventually arrived and call me in I explained him my ideal,and told him that Doctor David's advised me to have the roots removed from my gum surgically.Dr.Muhammed referred me verbally with a piece of paper with the Name of the Dental Surgeon ,his address and phone number,he did not even phone the Dental Surgeon,he just instructed me to phone the Dental Surgeon myself.On arrival at the Dental Surgeon 's surgery, the Receptionist asked me about the referral note which was never given to me by Dr.Muhammed-Ismail Saint.I feel that Dr. Muhammed-Ismai Saith,did not even took cognisance of the damage that occured whist he was extracting my wisdom tooth.He did not care about the pains I suffered,I think he should have done better.
