Hi... A few weeks ago I went to the Cape Dental Care branch in Retreat for an extraction. When I arrived I was assisted by a Dr. Salie, she gave me an injection and then told me to have a, seat un the waiting area. Whilst sitting in there I could feel that the injection (anesthetic) was not working as I could still feel my gums.
I then went into thr surgery again and adressed this with the doctor, she then injected me again and no injections were working, she took offence and shouted at me in a abrupt manner when I told her that I could still feel my mouth and that it was not going numb. She then tested my gums using a sharp instrument poking at my gums which was quite painful. She got irritated when I told her it was hurting (she's doesnt know how to work with people) absolute no Client care skills.
She then attempted to extract my tooth, because the injection was not working I told her its very painful but she continued. She extracted my tooth literally without the area being numb, I am diabetic and she didnt even consider that. No antibiotics were recommended, I had to go straight to my doctor and get antibiotics after this terrible ordeal. I would not recommend anyone to go to that surgery it was the most painful experience I ever had.
