Shocking service and false advertising.

Do not use them. Helped a group of overseas guests book through this company. They paid for top class accommodation advertised through them, over R54 000 but got low budget instead, having had their money for months up ahead. Aircon not working, dirty underpants in bathroom, kitchen not stocked with cooking utensils or crockery, badly fitted curtains, the list goes on. It was an embarrassment. The companies attitude to the dilemma was shocking. Eventually after much fighting and emails back and forward, the group got one night free. Hardly worth it when a supposedly superior holiday was totally ruined. What a bad adverti*****t for Cape Town. Their Game Lodge experience in Gauteng area was exceptional.
