CAPE FLAIR - ****
I bought a dress from this site, which claims to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. However, when I tried to contact them, it became clear there is no physical store, and the operation is actually based in China. I attempted to cancel the order immediately after realizing this, but my request was denied. The dress arrived three weeks later, and it was nothing like the images on the website — extremely poor quality, cheap material, and completely misrepresented. I returned it right away. Tracking shows it was received over a month ago, yet I’ve received no refund. The email responses I’ve gotten since are vague, repetitive, and appear to be AI-generated or automated. Still no resolution, no refund, and no real customer service. This experience feels misleading at best, and ****-like at worst. I would strongly advise others to avoid this site.

I am disappointed in the quality of the product that was sent to me. It did not correspond with what I ordered on their site. I have tried to make contact with their customer service team within the 30 day return policy, but have received no response from them and the 30 days have expired. I have wasted a lot of money on a cheap quality product that is far from what I ordered on their site. I feel that I have been cheated. How do I get my money back?

I placed order for the Premium Modern Wool Cardigan and Cozy Layering Jacket - what a *******. garments are cheap looking and made from the cheapest material. The Premium Modern Wool Cardigan does not even have a hem and instead just comes with the raw edge exposed. Looking at previous reviews - the garments are not actually from Cape Town but they come from China. I would not even wear these garments at home - shocking quality !! Don't be fooled or fall for the amazing looking garments - it's such a ******* !!

STAY AWAY
What a disappointment! The clothing piece I bought comes straight from TEMU; they did not even bother to change the photos. Could have bought it for R186 instead of R1200. Wanted a quality item, not this ****.

Goods are below standard in construction and made with the cheapest possible fabrics and notions. Stitching is a joke. Returns policy state that only if part of the product is missing will they think of refunding and only after return to Asia at your own expense. No shop or office in Cape Town even though the website gives a soon to be Waterfront address.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING This is a business posing as a Cape Town based boutique shop but it is actually an online website that orders from China. I ordered a top for R895 which is not cheap. The product I received was a cheap low quality top made from terrible fabric which I will not pay R100 for in a shop and will definitely not buy. To add insult to injury if I want a refund I need to pay the courier cost back to China.. Their excuse is that they are a small company.
