TOTAL ****- DO NOT BUY
This business is a total ****. It's in CHINA, has nothing to do with the CAPE and the garments are cheap and unwearable. I wish I had read these reviews before getting **********!

Worst Service Ever- for years!
Appauling customer service, takes weeks for anyone to reply to an e-mail, nobody is ever available to talk on the phone, either busy or at lunch all the times. No updates on service, but very prompt to demand payment. No follow up and lies on the delivery date after 6 weeks and endless phone calls and e-mails. I have had to use this service for years because nobody else can service the Dyson units, it's shocking!!!!!

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have received the most dreadful customer service from the Claremont Mr Price Home. Systems not working, delivery delayed because of their internal issues even after full payment was promptly made. Complete inability to assist. Nobody answers the phone. Zero customer support. No senior management available after calling, e-mailing and sending whatsapp.

Very slow/bad customer service.
Shocking service and customer service. Takes ages to get a reply, inaccurate information and poor service overall. I wish they were not the only service provider for Dyson.
