CAPE FLAIR - ****

I bought a dress from this site, which claims to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. However, when I tried to contact them, it became clear there is no physical store, and the operation is actually based in China.

I attempted to cancel the order immediately after realizing this, but my request was denied. The dress arrived three weeks later, and it was nothing like the images on the website — extremely poor quality, cheap material, and completely misrepresented.

I returned it right away. Tracking shows it was received over a month ago, yet I’ve received no refund. The email responses I’ve gotten since are vague, repetitive, and appear to be AI-generated or automated.

Still no resolution, no refund, and no real customer service. This experience feels misleading at best, and ****-like at worst. I would strongly advise others to avoid this site.
