Don't bother with Stellenbosch branch

Stellenbosch branch is an absolute waste of time. The other branches are so helpful and on the ball.

The people on the floor assisting you are very helpful in Stellenbosch on par with the other branches. However the cashiers are full of attitude and have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Two weeks ago I ordered items in and was told that it would be in no later than the following Wednesday and I would be contacted. Wednesday comes round no call. I wait a week then go in to find out what is happening with my order. Got treated like a ****. Made a big show of trying to find my papers. When it was found they had filed it as completed. They put all my items on the floor instead of calling me. No apologies nothing. If you want assistance go to Kraaifontein or Somerset West
