Bad workmanship

So my wife's car we received back on Wednesday. And they have done a terrible job. The blending methods is completely off. Also I more issues now. Even thou they have offered to fix the problems they have caused. Why should I have to go back for the same work and also what they have broken.

OMInsure really need to have a review on the contractors they selected.
