So for the last few days I have been trying to get a refund from Uber Eats. The Canal Walk branch manager(inside) claims that they never recieved the order yet my payment was taken order was clollected after my scheduled pick up time. And they shifted the blame to the Century City Shell branch. Uber eats is currently refusing to give me my refund I am done with KFC, cause even the their customer service has yet to come back to me after logging an email two days ago. Customer service has lost its value and priority.
So it has been more then a year since I have taken a matter to OSTI. That has been finalized in June already. Still up until today my car has not been fixed by OMInsure. In November I had another accident that it took them over a month to get back to me just to say that my car was in a none roadworthy state when it happened. I have not received any feedback form Old Mutual or the OBR to say that they will sort out the previous mess. Regan Bruintjies said that according to him after the we had to receive a payout for the car that was not fixed correctly. We are still waiting on feed back. Anastasia Maimane that delt with OSTI knew she lied to them cause she has no knowledge of reading a report correctly. On the 18 November I have sent her a mail and called her to find out what the outcome was on previous mails sent to her in July after it has been so called resolved. I Believe she is still busy typing the email. Cause the 18th of November 2020 that is what I was told. So now my question is who investigates internal people. Cause even the arbertor is still getting back to me. Ominsure has no client service skills. I also did research and due to the fact that damages cost more then 55,% the car had to be written off. So did Regan Bruintjies not do his job?did the assessor allocated the claim not do his job? Or was this just a clear case of fraud by the ABR? Why was I as the client investigated? With my second incidents? Yet not the one of OMInsure staff or the ABR was investigated when I came forward with all of this? Why was nothing done up until today?
So after a whole lot of fighting and going back and forth. It seem that I will have to take my claim to the ombudsman. I honestly feel that OMInsure looks after the well-being of the service provider (Cape Panel Beaters) they after quoting and being paid over R30000.00 on repairs O had to fight with Regan Bruintjies to get a complete report. And was Miss led on what was done. When I spoke to Johan from Cape Panel Beaters I was told that they will never do second grade work. Yet they have done 3rd grade work. I have gone over the reports and my car. So many things have not been done or incorrectly repaired. Now they will have to deal with the ombudsman. I believe that Cape Panel Beaters is Insirence fraudsters and needs to be investigated by OMInsure. And the Assessors OMInsure also needs to be looked at As well cause they are not capable of being nutaral they are in favour of the service providers they work with.
Craig Walters is an assessor from MINute that does not look after the needs of the client. Or respond to a client email. I honestly don't see why I still have to beg and plea to get a copy of the original assessment and a report of all the work that has been done by cape Panel Beaters. They did way more then they had to. As if they covering up some ****. And Nikki from Cape Panel Beaters wants to come and say that my car had work done on it where they have no concept of how to alignment right on my bumpers and lights. So I want to see what will be said now again.
OMInsure really has to review all body work contractors. My car has been received back dirty and with a list of issues after coming back from Cape Panel Beaters. After it was booked in over a month ago for body repairs. I received my car back dirty and with so many flaws in the body work. It seems all one get back from OMInsure is automated responses. And I am at the point of naming and shaming as of Monday. Names will be mentioned.
So my wife's car we received back on Wednesday. And they have done a terrible job. The blending methods is completely off. Also I more issues now. Even thou they have offered to fix the problems they have caused. Why should I have to go back for the same work and also what they have broken. OMInsure really need to have a review on the contractors they selected.
