Worst experience ever, I booked my car in for a minor service so they had to replace the fuel filter as well that was not done due to them telling me the filter is in the fuel tank and long-lasting, nope it’s not it’s in the engine bay, and this was confirmed by a Peugeot Dealer Thye overcharged me on parts, 2 fan belts, and two tappet cover gaskets, she corrected the fan belt situation but still charged me for 2 cover gaskets as my car only takes one, and I did not know that at the time. My car was inspected, and they told me I need to replace my stabilizer link and lower control arm bushes, not knowing that I had replaced them before the service also had this checked out after the service at a Peugeot specialist and he confirmed there was nothing wrong with it. I requested that I need the old parts and will collect them, but very conveniently they were thrown away. I have been struggling to get hold of the manager/owner with no luck, after repeatedly asking for his number, she finally gave me a number, no answer and not even returning my call, Shame on you Ashley as a business owner you should know better. They not only overcharge you but are also not trustworthy, the prices are even more expensive than the original parts. You should be ashamed of yourself. Running a special on your service but overcharging and not replacing parts and finding faults where there is none.
