Don’t waste your money

Booked in from the 15th-18th May 2025, the initial room was filthy. The carpet was stained and the air in the room smelt mouldy. The rooms didn’t look as depicted online. The next morning, I was woken up by very loud construction sounds and a dusty room. The sounds went on for hours on end, my allergies were acting up. I opened my hotel door, to find construction tarp and equipment on the hallway. The was construction being done in the rooms right next to mine. The dust or debris was everywhere.

This is for a room, that was paid for full price. I complained several times over the phone and was told it would be fixed. Hours later, I went to reception and only after complaining several times was I offered a different room, that still had stained carpets.

Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ever.
